Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision facility maintenance team in planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities.
- Analyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for production efficiency improvement.
- Developing and implementing new manufacturing systems and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Designing and implementing workstations and assembly lines that maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Researching and developing new processes, equipment to improve production.
- To enforce quality control to reduce waste.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Evaluating and selecting new machine, equipment, tools, and technologies that improve manufacturing processes and production output.
- Improve the layout of the plant.
- Being a committee member in R&D, Expansion and Kaizen team to reduce cost, improve capacity & efficiency in constrained areas.
- Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
- Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Documentation and organization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Degree in industrial engineering or related field required.
- 2 - 3 years' work experience in related industry

- Handle and monitor projects, communicate with customers and internal departments to facilitate the entire process from files to billing. Ensure everything is accurate and meet timeline.
- Support and stand in when other controllers needing help in projects
- Support salesperson in achieving sales target, assisting technical solutions and sales activities
- Attend and take action from meetings within and across departments
